Disable shipping in Checkout

Hi so a friend of mine managed to disable the Shipping fields in registration form but now I need do disable them in Checkout. I sell digital products so I really don't need any Address (City, Address etc) forms in the Checkout.

Hi guys. As it's common, all the Information sections at the lower taskbar are aligned by column. I want it to be lined.

Yes there is such line but nothing happens when I delete it :( Or I don't quite understand what 'comment' means in this case. Sorry I'm very new at all the programming stuff.

Okay I know this is an old question but yet I haven't found a solution for the 1.5.1.3 version. So how do I delete the store's address field in Contact Us form?
