Disable shipping in Checkout

Hi so a friend of mine managed to disable the Shipping fields in registration form but now I need do disable them in Checkout. I sell digital products so I really don't need any Address (City, Address etc) forms in the Checkout.

Yes there is such line but nothing happens when I delete it Or I don't quite understand what 'comment' means in this case. Sorry I'm very new at all the programming stuff.
