1. Set up proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain via your DNS provider.
2. Use your own domain-based email e.g. info@yourdomain.com with SMTP authentication.
3. Avoid spam-triggering words in email templates and ensure your mail server IP isn't blacklisted.
