Oh yes, sorry about that. It was a simple and stupid mistake by me. I changed the logo image link in the Header.tpl as I couldn't change it through my settings and I must of deleted a letter from the name of the folder it was originalily in. Yes they are 100 x 100 and I would like them bigger. I've changed the size in the subcat_image.xml file and it just messes the images up.
I think I need to do some changes in my themes stylesheet.

@d3z1gnr 2.0.3.1 (which is used) has no setting (cog) in admin dasboard! @jackiemj ususally these definitions are made in the template settings > Menu > Extensions > Templates >> select used template and there Images >> Category Thank you for the help...but when you say it's located in the Menu.......

Since then, it's been sorted out by the developer of the extension that I got.
The cache problem was mentioned in sorting it out too, although I'm not 100% sure if that was the reason, I shall find out
