Using 3.0.3.8 So we sell liquids in barrels and 1000L, and we charge a deposit on the containers. I've setup an additional product for returning containers for deposit refunds. Bug? Wrong amount?
So I refreshed all my statistics and was wondering if the calculations are incorrect. I would assume all the percentages should add up to 100%, but they don't. My orders processing shows 97% but there are only 2 orders still open to be processed. I would think it should only be 1-2%. Using 3.3.0.8

Sometime the PHP error log is called error_log and can be found in the directory where you uploaded OpenCart to. You could also ask your host or use phpinfo() to find it. So I opened the developer tools in the browser and added a screenshot. You can see the popup error on the right. It states that payments is kicking back a 500 error. It's odd since I was using the website a week earlier with no issues.

There is a 500 Internal Server error, check you server's error log (not the same as the OpenCart error.log). I was in the middle of reinstalling. I currently did a fresh install, then changed the configs to point to the old database, and did a test transaction which still does the same popup error ...
