thanks for reply me, but I checked the "log file", the callbackPW is empty, how does it happened? where can I tweak it to make it same as I setup in backend of Opencart?
and where can I got the "updated svn(sorry, what's this?)"?
please advise me.

Worldpay can't get my order history updated?
I am using OpenCart 1.4.9.5, and I tried on 1.5.1.3 which is same issue: Customer paid, and I got the worldpay proof email. but Opencart didn't show any order information in the admin first page nor 'sales report' section. it seems order simply just missing. i've done the same thing with the 'call back' url, but it seems still have all orders missing in the report (backend).
there must something needs to be configure.

Re: Order Status - what to choose
I had similar problem, I put pending status, but it seem after payment done, nothing in my order report, and no new order emails been sent out. that means I have no any notification for any of new orders from worldpay.
