The contact us form is not working
Hello,
Our customer complaint about our service so we knew our contact us form is not working. I just check with system-setting -mail. Everything seems normal, because we do receive the emails regarding new orders and new customer registrations. Everyone has any ideas?

How come some customers checked out the order without VAT
Hello: Recently, we found some of the customer checked out and paid the order without VAT. It doesn't happen a lot, but we checked the product is taxable goods. We are not sure what the problem is, how come these customer checked out without paying VAT for goods and delivery. Confused! please anyone...

do you mean they have to be the same theme, I can change the whole theme and i can not change them individually? like home page, where is the code file stored in ftp which is the same code when you open the website to view the source, normally it is index.html or index.php. but i can not find in our...
