Hi straightlight, thank you so much for your help. I followed the steps and was able to fix the issue. The Modal Security window didn't show up, but the problem is fixed. Many thanks!

Thanks straightlight. Just before I get into it, will replacing the storage folder with the one initially downloaded not override the changes I've already made to the site (catalogue etc)? I've had issues restoring previous backups (possibly a related issue) so am wary of losing my work.
