It seems that in order to add an app to you facebook page you'll have to create the app and then the page from the app. This sucks because the user will then have a new page and have to chase new likes and stuff. Unable to install opencart when using ssl, couldn't go to next step the page just refreshed.
Didn't had time to investigate further, will set it up again if you cant repreduce the error.
Should be supported since you are suppling db and admin credentials during the installation

I de flesta text-redigerare kan man ange vilken teckenkodning man vill använda. Endel är som standard inställda på iso-8859-1, ändra detta till utf-8 så bör det fungera.

So if the name of the downloaded file contains the letter L for large it will add the downloadable file. Try this instead.
