Re: Administration > Configuration > settings > Local > Order Status

Hey Q - I have the order status set to "Complete" and but orders are still showing up as "Pending" after the user processes via PayPal.  I also have paypal to do "instant" purchase versus "authorization".  Any ideas? I'm using the new paypal module with OC 0.7...

Re: Order Mail - Text vs HTML

Also- if you don't mind giving some guidance or overview on how to change OC to include all information in the text section of the message - I could give it a try.  I'm fairly new to PHP, but have been coding C and Perl for years.  I'm learning he structure of Open Cart slowly and have made several ...

Cool - I've dropped AtMail a note to see if they can help.

Thanks,

Re: Order Mail - Text vs HTML

You are very likely correct.  The email client in question is AtMail, provided via my ISP.  The emails display correctly using Gmail, Thunderbird, etc.  I was just wondering if I could get OpenCart to send all the information text only - so that when crappy clients like my ISP recieve the email, at ...

Order Mail - Text vs HTML

Hey guys - the order email seems to be composed in multipart format.  I'm having a little issue with some email clients that don't render the email correctly and some of the details of the order don't show up.  My question:  How can i get all of the data that is included in the HTML email to be sent...

Re: Adding Textbox Option To Your Products

I started to ask is there a way to make options required - then I realized they are required once assigned by default.  So - Anyone know an easy way to make sure these text fields actually have data.  I assume you'd have to use something driven on the "onClick" or "onFocus" add t...

Edit Items in Cart

Is there a way to allow a customer to edit a product once it's been added to the cart (ie edit item) as opposed to having to go back and re-add with the correct options and delete the original item in the cart (ie, check box for remove and clicking update)? For example - you're selling a guitar and ...

Re: [RELEASED] New Paypal Extension v079.1

Yeah - I figured as much.  Oh well - it is working and have tested back and forth, trying closing tabs and even closing the browser - coming back and using the same cart - seems to work every time.  I wasn't able to break the handoff to paypal or return.  On a side note - as I start working towards ...

Re: [RELEASED] New Paypal Extension v079.1

Okay - after further testing - I've figured out what's going on, but not sure if it can be addressed - either in the cart or in the paypal account. Here's what I'm seeing: 1)  If the email used to register/login in the cart is an existing paypal account - when you click continue at checkout to go to...

Re: [RELEASED] New Paypal Extension v079.1

Another thing I've noticed is it's populating the login form on the paypal site with my seller account email,  not the email account of the user creating in the cart.  Again - probably some setting I've screwed up. Let me know if you have any thoughts.

Thanks,
Kevin

Re: [RELEASED] New Paypal Extension v079.1

FYI - I noticed that on paypal's cart compatability page, that Open Cart is not listed. We should probably try to get it listed so users would know that it IS compatible.

Re: Currency Drop Down and Image

Thanks Qphoria. I had already come to that conclusion and after hacking around with my isp's AxRuWjkdf ftp setup (they only allow active - so had to configure ports, etc)....got the upgrade done. I had done some other customizations in the previous version so I'll have to add those back...but a few ...

Re: Currency Drop Down and Image

Hello.  I'm trying to remove the currency and icon as well, however I don't have a module under extensions in the admin menu.  I can access the settings under Admin-->Configuration--Localization.  I've got everything all deleted except for English in the Language section and Dollars in the Currency ...

Re: Adding Textbox Option To Your Products

Troy: I was looking for this functionality and your post is great.  Thanks.  For other non-php folks, I didn't get it work exactly as posted - showed a blank page at first. I realized after looking carefully that a line was missing a semicolon. The last code section in step 2 showed the following: /...
