I'm very new to opencart. I have Installed Opencart 2.3.0.2 and i have modified some file as per my requirments.
Now i want to take the backup of all files and database in future if any error i want to restore and it should look same..
how to do so guide me in step by step

I used opencart 3.0.2.0. In admin panel i want to remove help menu so i use admin/view/theme/common/header.twig then i removed all links
But still help menu is showing with icons see the below

Tell me How to remove this..
