paypal error in cart

Hi

I'm using OC1.5.1 and I'm trying to integrate PayPal.

The problem is I get an error in the checkout:

Code: Select all

Fatal error: Call to a member function encrypt() on a non-object in /var/www/example.com/httpdocs/catalog/controller/payment/pp_standard.php on line 94
Is there any way past this?

Thanks

Better captcha?

Hi

I am using the default captcha on the contact form and I was wondering if there was a better one available?

When i mean 'better' I mean one that doesn't look like it's from 1999 (i.e. them basic looking coloured circles).

Thanks

Product prices for one-off products

Hi I have 2 slightly different product types: 1) Fabric by the metre 2) Fabric one-offs The problem is with the one-offs. I have modified my OC to allow decimals, the problem is that these one-offs are a set price. i.e 2.5 metres = £10 When I add this 2.5 metres to the cart, the system thinks that i...

Decimal quantities

Hi I am working on a 1.5.2 site and I need the ability to sell the products in decimals. Can this be done? I saw this: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=20441 which I followed. The problem is, if I have, lets say 3.00 in stock and I add 0.5 to the cart, it says I have 0 in my cart. Many thanks

Re: Accessing session data in model

As a quick fix, I've done a check from the db. If there is no 'tax' field in order_total, it means that the session value has been set and the tax has been removed, which is what I'm after.

Re: Accessing session data in model

I know how to check the session using if(isset($this->session->data['value']))

The problem is, that this always returns false, even though the session is set in the cart.

Re: Accessing session data in model

That also doesn't seem valid. I have this code in my order.php model file. Just before the $mail->send.

With that code, in the checkout on the frontend, does not pass Step 5.

Any other way to access this session would be great!

Re: Accessing session data in model

Ok, so I'm doing a basic if statement to check if the session is set. It always returns false, even though it is set in the cart.

Re: TCPDF and order emails

Ok, so I updated

Code: Select all

$pdf->Output(DIR_IMAGE.'
to be the full server path, i.e

Code: Select all

/var/www/site/public/html/image/pdfs
and all seems to be working. My PDFs are being saved to the server and being sent as an attachment.

Re: Order emails - not sending

Ok, so this was an error. It seemed when the account was setup, under 'PHP Support' in Plesk, 'safe_mode' was enabled. Thus, the mail() function was disabled. This was a couple of hours worth of frustration!

Re: Order emails - not sending

This install was made a few months ago, before 1.5.2 was released. I simply moved it from one place to another on my server. I have checked both config.php files to make sure they have the correct file paths. I have checked the server maillog and there is nothing there to say emails have been sent. ...
