unfortunatelly it doesn't have any setting for this.
And team of the theme told me to communicate with this forum.

Hello again,
yes i am sorry i use version 3.0.2.0
and the theme is journal.
If you want to order as a guest you only need to accept terms & conditions there is no option for newletter.

can i add a checkbox to the checkout page so the customer can be registed in the newsletter's list before the order be done?
