Can't scroll in extensions when the list goes longer than the page

As of this morning in all of my sites, you cannot scroll down in the extensions, the attached payment screen has way more items in it, no scroll bar. I have the attached error in the debug console of Edge (see attachements). Any ideas? Not sure what the path in the error is looking for. Anyone else ...
