A few quirks

The weight units doesn't have kg as default, one has to insert it manually.

When you add a product, the default state should be "Activated" IMHO.

What should I type in "Model" when I add a product?

Thanks!  ;)

Re: Error message

This was it. Thank God I have root access to this server, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to change the permissions of the cache files generated by user 'nobody' (Apache).

:(

Re: Error message

Thanks Daniel. Actually this directory has 777 permission but I can't change file permissions of files under it (created by user 'nobody') and that have permission 644 (no write). Would this be the problem?

Re: Error message

Thanks. It didn't solve my problem. I'm still getting the errors on the home page: Warning: unlink(/home/pelluche/public_html/store/cache/cache.currency.1189543904) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in /home/pelluche/public_html/store/library/cache/cache.php on line 10 Warning: session_st...

Re: How to translate?

I think most people use OOP these days, no? Same for XHTML/CSS... Just an assumption... If I had time I would love to contribute, but I have so much stuff late :( I translated to Brazilian Portuguese but the interface doesn't extend to adapt to my large words that occupy much space :( http://store.p...

Re: How to translate?

Come on :)
A script can easily do this recursively, leaving plenty of time for the devs for other things.

Re: Not getting order alert e-mail

I'm placing the order this way: I add a product to the cart, then I click "Checkout", then I log in, I select to pay on delivery, then I follow the wizard and instead of getting the confirmation page, I'm redirected to the homepage with the product still in my cart.

Not getting order alert e-mail

When some one is placing an order, I'm not getting the e-mail alert. I checked my spam folder. I also checked the "Send E-Mails" option in the Admin area settings. Any idea?
Thanks,

Installation doesn't work in Opera

If you install using Opera, you get a 404 error message on step 2.

It would be a good idea to have a bug tracker such as Trac or Bugzilla somewhere on the site.

Re: Norwegian translation

If you like to program, you can use the PHP function utf8_encode that transforms a iso-8859-1 file into utf-8. Then just create a loop that opens all files (recursively if needed), converts them and closes them. Make a backup first ;)

Re: How to translate?

Thanks. Why aren't translated languages included in the standard installation? This way the developers could update them with English entries and it would be easier to update, just search for English entries and translate...

How to translate?

To translate do I only have to copy the English version and to save it as another language to translate? How will we do where there are updates? Will we have to translate everything from scratch again?

Re: Norwegian translation

You can use either TextPad or EditPad Pro. They allow you to open iso-8859-1 and to save as utf-8.
