Thanks, however this did not work, it allowed the site to load which is progress, however the catalogue and admin pages fail to load. Looks like the issue might be deeper routed!

Opencart 2.0.2.0 update to PHP 7.1 or above
Hi, We have been informed by our server provider (TSOHost) that they are updating their servers on the 4th of December and anything lower than PHP7.1 will no longer be supported. Using the cPanel multiPHP Manager I have been able to change the PHP from 5.6 to 7.2 on all bar one of my URL subdomains....

Looks like I have a result. You nailed it with the Journal Developers - didn't even get a response! So i looked to see if there was a common file/script loading on them all and found a line in the Index.php that called URL's as http:// Changed this to https:// and my issue is resolved! Also just to add, some of the links I have needed to add to the relevant section, hence I can add them as https:// - This issue certainly seems to be in the journal sections where it generates the links

Thanks for your help so far! We are not using any SEO extensions.
I will see if I can get any sense out of Journal developers, I also have another person discussing it with their own developers, so hopefully I will get a result soon

That is an option, however I already have 15 customer groups which have 5 different discount levels across 150 products, so trying to minimise the amount of additional work required to set them up
