Re: New opencart web site - bugs

Please consider removing Disqus and re-enabling the previous comments feature. I agree. Disqus is total rubbish and needs to go away! 5 years worth of positive comments are now gone and so are extension sales too. Seriously what is preventing trolls or competing extension developers from leaving ne...

Re: 404 error with seo-url enabled

What info did you pull off the OC forum? If that is the code you have in your .htaccess file and your site is in the root and not in a folder in the root and you have SEO URL's enabled in your admin and mod_rewrite is installed and enabled on your server then they should be working. What version of ...

Re: 404 error with seo-url enabled

Doesn't look like you changed anything.
Anyway do you have your site in the root of your domain or do you have it in a folder in the root?
Also make sure mod_rewrite is installed and enabled on your server.

Re: Does Opencart 2 Require vQmod when Installing Extensions

That depends on whether the extension is a vQmod extension or not. If it is then yes you will obviously need vQmod installed to use it.

Re: Error On Confirm - Checkout

I believe this:
<?php echo $text_loading; ?>

Should be this:
<?php echo $text_wait; ?>

In the pp_payflow.tpl file.

Re: how i can install vqmod in opencart 2.0.1.1

Yes that is a vQmod extension and you need to have vQmod installed.
Go here to get vQmod: https://github.com/vqmod/vqmod/releases

When you have vQmod installed you need to upload the extension through FTP not the extension installer in OC.

no luck, tested this also.
What is not working? I tested too and works for me making the footer stick to the bottom of the page. You will also need to add a margin-bottom under #content too so your content doesn't stay hidden behind the footer.

If you want your footer sticky at the bottom of the page then add this below to your stylesheet.css file under footer{
width: 100%;
bottom: 0px;
position: fixed;

Re: Set Newsletter to Yes By Default Using VQMOD

would probably have been much easier to put that simple number into the register.php itself. in: catalog/controller/account/register.php change: $data['newsletter'] = ''; to $data['newsletter'] = '1'; Ernie ipc.li Wow thanks for pointing out the obvious. :laugh: P.S. You should never directly edit ...

Re: please refer to your system administrator

First thing anyone should do is make backups of files and database. Do you have a backup of your database? Probably not so what you need to do is run this query below on your database to restore the default permissions. This is for no prefix so if you have a prefix like oc or something else then add...

Re: please refer to your system administrator

Did you remove all the check marks for access and modify permissions in the list? If so you won't be able to access anything there as that is what the permissions are for and whatever you have unchecked you won't have access to. As far as that error you have I have no idea as what you posted for it ...

Re: Set Newsletter to Yes By Default Using VQMOD

Clear your vQmod cache and then go to your register page and then look at this file below in your vqmod/vqcache folder: vq2-catalog_controller_account_register.php See if that file is there and the edit the vqmod file does is done to it. If so it should be working and if not vQmod itself is not work...

Re: How to insert image at top of home page.

Edit the source code and remove the width and height code for the images and add this class to them:
class="img-responsive"
Also make sure the images are the size you want for them too as that class will place a max-width: 100% and a height: auto to them.
