I try to find "view/theme/default/template/common/layout.tpl" but can't find it!

@Xsecrets, some people just don't like to read I guess ??? , thnx for response and noted regarding the upgrade. It' might sound dumb but shouldn't someone modify the install.txt file that comes with the download and takeout "read upgrade.txt" ? I was looking for upgrade.txt for half an hour!

I just installed 1.5.0 today and after install noticed that there is 1.5.0.2 out already!
My problem is that i cannot find UPGRADE.TXT file in opencart_v1.5.0.2 that i downloaded.
Can someone let me know how the upgrade process works? or where is UPGRADE.TXT ?
