I have found this same issue: shipping and payment dropdowns are blank.
Version 1.5.5.1

Product options - display price on default option
Hi, could someone advise me on how to display the base price next to a product option if that product option is basically the same as the base price? i.e. in the example below Course Price should display the base price of £400 Thanks. http://clip2net.com/clip/m123789/thumb640/1331839682-fcdf2-26kb.p...

Is there a way for this to work the way it probably should work, i.e. display full path including category and any sub-cats? Jump to postNote this will only work as long as all related products shown for the product are in the same category as the product being viewed.
