Re: Need A Template

Your template is great! But I guess my explanation wasn't clear enough. If you look at datab2b, there's additional menu in header, i.e data by region etc. And when you look at product details, it's a little bit different to what opencart brings. I just wonder is that uksparky want? If that so, there...

Re: Need A Template

I think that datab2b's website doesn't apply OpenCart for its core. So if you want that yours will have the same layout, so it won't be, unless you have to tweak some code too, not just CSS.

Re: Donating to OC or its contributors

I know that you're always "ready" ... man :). I'm emphasizing what Qphoria wrote. I appreciate your works. I also believe that there are times when contributions are free or must be purchased. By the way, I have question. When someone pays you for special or custom script for his/her website and the...

Re: CKEditor...CKFinder demo version?

But this file/image manager works, right? So what's the problem? If you want to make commercial website, you can just purchase its license and of course the cost is included into this website you make.

Re: Clothes Store

Don't let the left and right column empty. Choose one of modules that's suit for this position.

Re: There'll be no transparent product images in Opencart

Sorry, I didn't mean to say that you don't know php :) . I just ask everyone who knows php to trace the problem.

OK, I'll be patient and waiting for your solution. I hope that it'll be on your to do list ;D
Meanwhile I'll try to do "trial and error things" again :(

Re: There'll be no transparent product images in Opencart

:) If it's not your joke Q, I would be stressed out ... From the sample code I posted, it is clearly that it will do the job. But why, when it's implemented to Opencart, its result is so differently. Could someone trace the problem please? I mean that someone who knows php coding to trace where the ...

Re: There'll be no transparent product images in Opencart

What I mentioned that imagecopyresampled will give black as background color in previous post was wrong. I've just played around with this function. It worked as it should to be. This and other functions combination yield a picture with transparency and it's PNG type !!! $filename = imagecreatefromp...

Re: There'll be no transparent product images in Opencart

This kind of drawing only works for truecolor images, not on palette images. Truecolor images are normally created with the imagecreatetruecolor function. $image_old = $this->image; $this->image = imagecreatetruecolor ($width, $height); $background = imagecolorallocatealpha($this->image,0, 0, 0, 12...

Re: There'll be no transparent product images in Opencart

I did some more playing... i used functions to set the alpha for transparency, but it ended up just changing the background black but not transparent and it was still showing as a jpeg. I followed the example in the php discussion but didn't get the results they claimed Yes, me either. I tried to u...

Re: There'll be no transparent product images in Opencart

Well that's an easy fix. 1. EDIT: system/helper/image.php 2. FIND: $new_image = 'cache/' . substr($filename, 0, strrpos($filename, '.')) . '-' . $width . 'x' . $height . '.jpg'; 3. REPLACE WITH: $new_image = 'cache/' . substr($filename, 0, strrpos($filename, '.')) . '-' . $width . 'x' . $height . '...

Re: There'll be no transparent product images in Opencart

Thanks Q, I read that manual too, and googling a lot. But the problem is, the image still convert to JPG. So there will be no transparency that I can use it for the background of a page "show off". As I mentioned before, I'm not a coder. I do experimenting "trial and error" with the functions, and n...
