Re: OpenCart and the EU Cookie Legislation

To the person who asked the question initially.

Consult a Lawyer who specialise in IT - e-Commerce. That is the best and safest way to advise you client. Further more it makes you look professional and responsible. Too many guessing in these answers not enough solid law answers.

Re: AyelShop - Before I Voice my Opinion

I'd like to point out that, in my experience, AyelShop has issues with some extensions. It (necessarily) has to modify some of the core OpenCart files, and this can affect mods. They may say it doesn't, but it does. If the main purpose of your site is to sell goods, you should make OpenCart (and no...

Re: AyelShop - Before I Voice my Opinion

Can anyone confirm is Daniel or any member of the development team (mainly Daniel) is getting any commission or any type of income from Ayelshop? Ayelshop is not an official opencart port so the OpenCart Team has no affiliation with it. Only the version on OpenCart.com So if someone bought the exte...

Re: Renaming Admin

Yes you are right there are 5 references to admin, it was my short sight. I corrected the errors I made, it's now working fine.

I should have been more careful.

What abut the default permissions, anyone has a list?

Thanks a lot guys, all of you, for your help.

Re: Renaming Admin

I changed it back and it works.

There must be other changes that needed to be made apart from the ones in admin/config.php.

Anyone knows where these changes are?
