What are you trying to say here! You have installed an extension. That extension is looking for the file "system/library/msloader.php" That file does not exist - If you FTP to that folder on your server, you will not see that file. This is why you have the error. So, dissable your vQmods ...

Don't do it. 4 has no needed features over and above 3.0.4.0 other than misery and disapointment.
But also, change in extension system so that 3.x extension won't work with 4.x and there are many many good 3.x extensions that are not and will not be available for 4.0.x
