Online Report Weird Entries

I'm trying to update descriptions and meta data of manufacturers in oc_manufacturer_description through phpMyAdmin so I don't have to go through each one individually in OC. Limit certain products to a given location
I can ship worldwide but I have a few products that can only be shipped within the UK.
I don't see any setting for this or an extension. Should I create a store for UK only? Is that the best thing to do? Any simpler solution?

Marketplace Order Denied
In the Marketplace > Account Page > Purchases > Your Orders (Order History), the status of all my orders says Complete in Green. One order says Denied in Red.
The extension in question never fully worked as described, it is no longer on the Marketplace, how do I get a refund?

Ok, Ive got it. Change the session time. That seems to be what causes the limit.

With further investigation it is limited to 50 rows not 3 pages. The 50 rows match what I have in PHPMyAdmin. All good.
Where is that 50 limit set? How to increase the 50 records/rows to 100?

Change a customers group
When I try to edit a customers information in admin>customers > customers...in this case Im trying to change the customer group, it requires the customers password? How can I edit the customer details?

This never worked for me and I still haven't found a way to edit the lineheight of the information pages.

I replaced Date Added with 'ORDER BY p.date_available DESC LIMIT' but it had no effect. Cleared cache. Is there something else needed?

Information Page Line-Height
Can someone tell me how to change the line-height of the information pages. Editing the code view in the information page editor changes nothing and I can't find anything in the stylesheet.css that will do this.
