Troubleshooting ocart help needed
I am having an issue with confirming transactions. When trying to complete the transaction i get this message:
The transaction was not sent to the host because of a duplicate order id
Can anyone help me with this. I am willing to pay, just need it resolved!

I posted in 3 places, wasnt sure where was right. Perhaps you could be helpful? I am only looking for help. This is where i find that right? I posted in the commercial help section, why was it removed?

i am new so please forgive me for not posting all required info. Moneris is payment method
I believe the error is with open cart not moneris, lol, I can easily be wrong though:)

Please help!!! I cant finish any transactions because of this error: The transaction was not sent to the host because of a duplicate order id
I cant figure out why this happens.
