OC 3.0.3.8. Amending the 'Category' Module to only display the currently viewed category and it's subs.

Hi,
The default 'Category' module in Opencart displays ALL the categories in a shop.
Is there any way to display only the current category I'm viewing with its subcategories?

Default theme is being used.

Any pointers/info on extensions would be gratefully received.
