Products and Categories API

Hi I am just looking at the API in opencart 2.0 and wondering if there is a way to get the Products and Categories returned. I couldn't see anything and it would really help me with my application if it is already available. If not would it be something that is going to be added in the future? Matthew

Re: Multi Store Setup On Same Domain

As a side note I would have also thought that if it were in sub-folders a single SSL could be used for the entire site.

It maybe worth me rolling up my sleeves :D

Re: Multi Store Setup On Same Domain

I guess that makes sense I guess florinsith I understand more that really it just checks the domain to see what store is wanting to be loaded. I must have got it mixed up with another multi store cart where I thought you copied the catalog part of the site over to the new folder be it a domain, sub-...

Re: Multi Store Setup On Same Domain

Hi florinsith thanks for the reply. The reason why I wanted it to be done that way with the folders was for better geo targetting and SEO. I know a lot of larger stores operate this way. I don't simply want to use the multi-language within one site and would prefer not to use subdomains if at all po...

Re: Database ER Model

I would suggest that the table columns are pretty straight forward. If you look at them you should be able to see the relationship between the tables.

If there are any specific problems I would post them here and then maybe people can help explain what is going on for you.

Re: Paypal Website Payments Pro and Verified By Visa/3d secu

Ahh many thanks for the help and info on this matter.

Could you confirm if there is an integration for the Opencart software?

I would be most interested in getting this into my store.

I will look at signing upto this over the weekend.

Again thanks for the detailed response.

Paypal Website Payments Pro and Verified By Visa/3d secure

Hi Just wondering if anyone knows the stance with regard to using the UK Paypal Pro and integrating the verified by visa/3d secure checks? I was under the opinion they had to be done for the UK transactions however I note that paypal pro doesn't do this in OC. Should I look to integrate these functi...

Re: [PAYPAL PRO] OpenCart 1.5 - "Please Wait" Issue

It is usually due to incorrect details being entered in the api area.

I would triple check those details first. I have had a nightmare trying to get paypal pro intergrated but I seem to be winning the battle slowly!

Which API are you using for it?

Re: Paypal "Payment module configuration error. Please verif

I seem to be suffering from the dreaded: "This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration" I have created an API account for both the Paypal and Payflow. I have copied them exactly a number of times and tested it but to no avail. I have also tried using Paypal Pro and P...

Re: [Patch] "Please Wait" for Authnet, PP Pro, Sagepay, Perp

It appears that I too still seem to be struggling with the setup of paypal website payments pro UK.

I will post the errors to that though on a new/more related thread as I now can see it communicating with the server.

Thanks

Re: [Patch] "Please Wait" for Authnet, PP Pro, Sagepay, Perp

After much digging around it seems that the livehelp module I had was conflicting with the Paypal module. I only noticed it when I opened up firebug to look see if the actual request was being sent to paypal which is wasn't. I did see a livehelp module running though so stopped this script and reque...

Re: SSL File Locations

Ahh awesome thanks for the tip. I will reconfigure my server now. The HTTPS was working ok but I had some issues with the template and it would of meant copying files back and forth etc if any changes were made.

Thanks for the help.

Re: SSL File Locations

Hi Thanks for the reply It is not Plesk but I can configure it to use just the one folder which seems like it would be easier.

Many thanks for the ideas I will report back if I can't get it sorted.

SSL File Locations

I am just setting up an SSL certificate on a site and the hosting has:

httpdocs/ for normal connections
httpsdocs/ for ssl connections.

Should I copy all the files over to the httpsdocs folder? I enabled the SSL in the admin but I get 404s.

Any ideas would be great.
