Re: OpenCart 1.5.1 Bug Thread

According to the error though it is looking for the "subtract" field in the order_product table. I ran into the same problem when trying to migrate but I just edited the backup.sql file and removed that data by hand.

Re: OpenCart 1.5.1 Bug Thread

I have just uploaded the new version 1.5.1.0 to my site and used the standard setup including db. If i recall Daniel said to export the 1.5.0.5 db and import it (sorry if i got this wrong) I get the following errors: Error: Unknown column 'subtract' in 'field list' Error No: 1054 INSERT INTO `oc_or...

Re: Search function not working on Release: v1.5.1

I'm seeing the same error as you when attempting the search function. And your fix appears to work except for if you choose the search in product descriptions box.

Re: Problem with vqmod on mail/order.tpl

I do not believe you can modify this file with Vqmod because it is not loaded in the browser but rather is loaded by the email client so Vqmod can not make its modfications. I'll let Q or someone else chime in if that is incorrect but I believe that is the reason.

Re: Hide modules according to the page

I attempted this on a demo site that I still had out there for 1.4.9.5 but it does not work. I'm guessing that the path variable is passed after the route is checked so therefore it does not see that this is the correct page. If you put in just product/product it will hide it on the product pages.

Re: OpenCart 1.5.0.3 Bug Thread

Not sure if this is just me, or if it's a bug, but when I move all of my modules over to the right hand side column on the category page, the middle column doesn't expand to fit the page, it just stays put in the middle as if there are some phantom columns on the left hand side that are blocking it...

Re: OpenCart 1.5.0.3 Bug Thread

Daniel,

The new voucher_list.tpl in the SVN that you uploaded this morning does not download and gives an encoding error if an attempt to copy and paste it is made. Just thought I would give you a heads up.

Re: addStyle and addScript

I gotcha now. I guess I thought that those could be used directly in the module controller to keep from having to edit the core files. Thanks for the help.

Re: addStyle and addScript

This menu is located in the header with a newly created module location. Attached is the controller file that I am trying to add it to, so where would you put the code in at?

Re: addStyle and addScript

It uses a copy of the category.php file located in catalog\controller\common and is copied into catalog\controller\module with some edits done to show the correct format for the menu.

addStyle and addScript

I'm working on changing a megamenu into a module to help with future updates and in the process thought it would be easier to place the link to the CSS and JS script in the controller file for the module. I have read several posts about doing this but it never seems to push those links into the head...

Try using these new set of files and see if that helps.

Re: Megamenu horizontal menu problem

Sorry for the confusion. I meant can you upload them back onto your website. I also noticed that there is a javascript error on the google checkout module that you have on the left sidebar. It has a "," in one spot where I believe it should be a ";" this could be causing a conflict.

Re: Megamenu horizontal menu problem

Can you upload the updated files that I sent you so that I can do some testing on it. I have not tried this with 2 rows of menus so I will need to do some testing.

Re: Megamenu horizontal menu problem

Ok lets give this a try. I had to make some modifications to the files and had to change the jquery to pull from google the newest version to stop it from loading with errors in IE.
