Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

Paul69 - This feature of dynamically detecting product fields was something we added to the Zen Cart version, but haven't been able to add to the Opencart version, unfortunately.

Regards.

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

Ok, that's good to know. SSL is definitely slower than plain HTTP, so I'm not surprised about the speed.

Thanks.

Still not sure what's happening, but want to try something, so please try again - reload your page, and let me know what happens.

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

Are you sure you fixed just that one line? Is this a PHP error, or is it something you are seeing in the browser's error console?

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

Ah, but we are making progress. Please make the following changes to apsona_index.php: replace the line <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js"></script> with the line <script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/li...

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

Try this: In the file apsona_config.php, replace the line

define ('APSONA_BASE_URL', 'http://shopadmin-svc.apsona.com');

with the line

define ('APSONA_BASE_URL', 'https://service.apsona.com');

Please post your results.

Thanks!

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

No, not so. That's the issue right there: your main page xxxxx.co.za (apsona_index.php) is being run under https. Therefore, Google Chrome expects every script/css/image loaded by that page to be loaded using https. But shopadmin-svc.apsona.com does not support HTTPS (we don't have an SSL cert there...

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

That's puzzling. Have you checked in the developer console if there are any errors showing? It would particularly help to see what Google Chrome's developer console shows when you use HTTP only (no SSL).

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

grahamp - are you using https on your server? If so, would you know if the same problem arises without https?

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

kelemvor - I doubt that this report is possible from within ShopAdmin, because it uses a 4-table chain: Categories, Products, Orders and line items.

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

GeneOutwest - That's usually because of configuration issues in your server. I would suggest looking in your server error log files to see what is the matter.

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

grahamp - not sure about the timeline for compatibility with the updated cart software, given all the projects on our pipeline, unfortunately. The "bug" in Chrome, as far as I can tell, occurs only in when you are running with SSL, and it's because Chrome rejects all non-SSL connections from an SSL ...

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

It really doesn't have anything to do with large files. There have been numerous cases of hosting companies instituting "security measures" that (for example) prevent multiple SQL queries in quick succession, which is what ShopAdmin would need for imports. So you might want to ask them to look in th...

Re: [MOD] Apsona ShopAdmin - import, export and reporting

CTB - that's unlikely to be a ShopAdmin issue. Probably something on your server. Perhaps you need to look at your server logs, or contact your hosting company.
