Well, it seems that my windows 10 mail app client is broken as hell and shows order emails as dublicated. I tried web-browser mail and I couldn't see the dublications anymore in any mail receiving folders. Case Closed!

Only admin receives 2 emails at once. I tried some logging in model/checkout/order.php but it logs only once the admin email send. I don't have any additional alert mails configured.
Help!
