I am looking for the option for quoting freight on all products in Australia. Would All Other Countries (Shipping & Payment) module do this?

Option to Quote Freight
I was just wondering if there is an option for the shopping cart to allow for individual shipping quotes a bit like ebay allows before payment? This allows the shopping cart owner to revise cost before going to payment.
