Re: Modifying the review to have more ratings

Re: Modifying the review to have more ratings

Post your new product.php as an attachment. or send it by pm if you don't want to post it Thanks for reply! It's just the standard clean one currently. This is the function (basically I am not defining rating1 and rating2 from $query - both exist in database though): public function getProduct($pro...

Modifying the review to have more ratings

Hi everyone, I am trying to add different rating inputs, for example value for money, quality and maybe delivery speed. I plan to then add the 3 ratings together and divide by 3 to get an overall score. So far I have added these new values to the database and made changes to the admin and product re...

Re: Checkout redirect cache issue

Look at the response headers in your web browser's developer console. This might give you an idea as to what is doing the caching. Or post a link to your site for other to look at. Seems like correct headers. index.php?route=checkout/checkout cache-control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post...

And remember to clear your browser cache.
I did see and try your post when looking for a solution but it didn't work for me.

With cleared browsers / incognito I can replicate the issue.

Checkout redirect cache issue

I'm having an issue with checkout redirect, for some reason it is caching that the page has been loaded with no items so even when adding items it redirects to the cart page. if ((!$this->cart->hasProducts() && empty($this->session->data['vouchers'])) || (!$this->cart->hasStock() && !$this->config->...

Re: Product Option File (file upload).

Thank you very much for all the information. I am using 3.x, but I think I will avoid using it. It has been an issue in the past. You don't state your OpenCart version, but the following points are useful to know. The file upload function can be accessed even if you have no products with that option...

Product Option File (file upload).

In product options there is an option by default named file. When you add this option to a Product, the user can then upload a file in the same place they would select a size or colour in a select option. It is handled by controller/tool/upload.php. When uploaded it is added to the database oc_uploa...

Re: File Upload on product page questions

Thanks for all the info Ernie. Such does not exist to my knowledge. But you could find out, if something like linked below would match your request, but I'm not familiar with that. It does exist already, I just didn't explain it well. In product options there is an option by default named file. When...

Re: File Upload on product page questions

It is just the standard file upload included with Opencart rather than any extensions for it. Can anything be done to protect from dangerous code added to images? I meant more like which file directory are the images uploaded into? I can see them in the database but cant see the file in the folders....

File Upload on product page questions

I am looking at having file upload on one of my product pages and hoping someone who uses / or has used this before can advise me on a couple things. I assume it is very secure as it wouldn't be in Opencart otherwise. Or are there security issues with having this? I see guests can upload images and ...

I am trying to add a custom filter to differentiate between products.
