Add to Cart x2 Issue
OCv1.4.9.1
Whenever I press the "Add to Cart" button on each individual product's page, it adds the item to the cart twice.

Tested with IE8/Vista and Fx3.6/XP

I apologize for not seeing that tab. It works almost perfectly for our needs, but perchance, is it possible to include an option for a textual input with the item. For the above example, with the Hoodie, say I'm adding a team name on them. Since each team will want a user specified option, giving a ...

Is it possible to have option values for each item. For example, say I sell a hoodie. Could I have them choose size and color? If so, how?
