Since I do think its just the Admin -- backend --- Customer Form needs help.

The rest are ok with --- None -- defaulting for Singapore as the country. (0 = Zone, since no Zone is defined for our country)

This is what it is now in the front end :

As long as the Country selected is Singapore (with no Zones defined) since no State in the country -- Zone goes automatically to -- None --

This is what I'm trying to achieve in the Customer form in the backend
