I'm having issues with this mod. I have done all the changes in the readme but I get a permission denied message when I try to access the page. I cant see the option to enable the permission in the usergroups area.
Any advice?

I would like to show the misc location on the invoice as we use this to pick our product from the warehouse once a sale has gone through.
