Maybe not a bug but when I change error_reporting(E_ALL); to error_reporting(E_ALL ^ (E_NOTICE | E_WARNING)); in startup.php, the notices and warning will stay on top of the screen.

Ok, but why do paid modules exist ? If you say is true, all extensions etc. has to be released with the GNU license.
