Of course i understand that cs-cart is a commercial product, but some of the futures and the way it does on some actions are among the best i have see. So please don't tell a simple "this looks like OC! " but take a look on http://demo.cs-cart.com/admin.php (user = pass = "demo")...

if you don't want to reinvent the circle and build from scratch a mailing list system with all the options such as control of the number of mails per hour, automatic cleanup of bounced ones or full statistics (reads - clicks - bounced), what about to build a bridge with phplist?
