loading products in admin takes a Very Long time

thanks, that sounds like the SSL certificate hasn't been applied to right part of my site then and I need it to be applied to another part? Or do i need another certificate, or something else?

Hi, when i print an invoice out it has a header and footer on (usual stuff, page number, location of file, date printed) and I want to get rid of it! I would also like to change where it says invoice to Receipt - how can I do this, I am clearly looking in all the wrong places!
