If you set up multistores, do you have to use separate domains, or could you use subdomains (store1.domain.com, store2.domain.com)?

Also, upload in groups of a few thousand at a time to make sure you don't run out of memory. I am a little confused here. Another thread says that when you upload, you have to upload everything, because it will basically load the database with the contents of the upload file so that anything not in...
