Re: Documentation, seriously

I think the main two that are improving and creating for Opencart and who developed it are probably too busy with that to write up documentation. I think they do an incredible job as it is keeping up with requests and helping out in the forums. This shopping cart IS open source meaning anyone can co...

Re: how to but site under construction

I simply put an index.html on my site as a page saying temporairly down for maintenance. Then, to see the page the way others do was as simple as www.sitename.com/index.php instead of index.html. Most servers look for the index.html first. When I had things right, I simply deleted the index.html.

Re: SSL ?? again

My server has cPanel X on it. When I follow the GoDaddy instructions, they're not right. What I'm reading about, I'm not seeing. Anyone know where I can find some simple (ie IDIOT PROOF) instructions on how to do this right? I've done searches and am just overwhelmed with this one.

Re: Taking Credit cards

Those look to be all online processing modules. Joel specifically asked for one to gather the information from the customer so he could do it from his Brick & Mortar store system.

Re: How to Install a Module?

Every module I've downloaded so far has a readme file in it that explains everything neccessary to install them. Just have to do some reading. It's quite easy.
