We then removed old backup data, and deleted the /var/www/vhosts/petelements.hk/PE/system/logs/error.txt file and recreate a new one. We tried rebooting the server but no use. Customer placed order but no record in system
A customer today said she used Google Chrome browser on a mac to place order on our site, but under admin interface we could not see her transaction. So we could only ask her to retry placing an order. Any clues how this could happen?

we have a cache module installed and I wonder if it could be affecting the file/folder path change? if this is the case, I wouldn't know how to properly deactivate the module before I make .php file content and folder path changes properly.

i have solved our own product addition problem. The cause is that the product status is disabled. So after we change it to enabled, the addition works.

i have solved this problem myself, sorry for wasting your time. I noted the status of the product to be added is "STOP", so after re-enabling the product, I can add the product to existing order.
