Taxes being Charges in Cart for Guests Before they Login
I have trawled the forum without luck. In my store I only charge taxes in Indiana but when customer view there cart it shows the Indiana state taxes BEFORE THEY enter their address. I have set the Use Store Tax Address to NONE as everybody says but makes NO difference. Im concerend customer are wary...
