Re: Modification in category.php

See if this solution fixes the issue: https://github.com/billynoah/opencart/blob/3a3c08623faa1ef41b3ddd49480660cc697f13c4/upload/system/library/pagination.php No, nothing! Thanks anyway. The problem is that the theme has a function (somewhere that I cannot find) that treats any url by adding '#/sor...

Re: Modification in category.php

Looks like the sorting list you are using may not be adapted to SEO links. Ensure from the related controller of your modifications that you are using the $this->url->link object in order to convert your URLs into SEO. I haven't changed anything like this. On the other hand, If i click on e.g. page...

Re: Modification in category.php

Found out that my modification works fine. It is a theme issue (journal2). If i switch to default theme, everything works fine. But in Journal2, the url is rewritten and this causes the problem. For example, setting products to show in the dropdown menu (limit), from 12 to 25 gives the folowing: wit...

Thank you but I just asked for a hint.
If I can't do it and want to outsource the issue, I will do that.

Re: Modification in category.php

Hi straightlight and thanks for your interest, I managed to fix my No2 issue with the wrong percentage. You were right about the variables names! I still need to find the way to make the code show when you click on the second page of pagination or when using filters. Here is my code in attachment. T...

Re: OpenCart v2.2.0.0 Testing - What you need to know

A question to Randem. I followed your instructions to upgrade. In step 10. Go to Extensions->Modules->Account. Choose Edit then enable this module then save it. How you do that when you cannot login to the admin page? And when trying to login to admin, I get the error Notice: Undefined index: en in ...

Re: OpenCart v2.2.0.0 Testing - What you need to know

Can I use the procedure described in your signature for doing an upgrade from 1.5.5.1 to 2.1.1 or it is strictly for 1.5.6 to 2.1.0.x? I would highly suggest upgrading to 2.3.0.2 and use the install script that comes with the download. This is the most stable v2.x version, IMO. It's a really smooth...

2.1 is the most stable version in your opinion? Which exactly 2.1 version you suggest?

Thanks!

Re: OpenCart v2.2.0.0 Testing - What you need to know

I have a backup! The upgrade was not performed to the live system. It was cloned to another directory. So, no worries. Downgrade to what? 1.5.5.1? I want opencart 2. Maybe you mean downgrade to opencart 2.1 which is more stable? If yes, how I can do that? Are there any documents or links to follow? ...

Re: OpenCart v2.2.0.0 Testing - What you need to know

Hi all, I have migrated my opencart 1.5.5.1 to opencart 2.2. I first cloned the whole site to another subdirectory, made another database, imported the old one to that, so I had a perfect copy of my shop. After that I uploaded the opencart 2.2 files and run the upgrade_proposal_2.2.0.0-v2.zip of Qph...
