SEO, hide index.php for admin area is possible ?

Hi,

Is it possible to create an SEO URL & hide index.php for admin area ?

Example, instead of :
http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?route=xxxxx&path=xxxx

I want like this :
http://www.mydomain.com/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx

Is it possible ? If yes, how to do that?

Thanks
