Another way to debug this issue is by enabling the Debug Mode in the OC admin extension payment module form page of PayPal.
Thank you I have tried this (it was disabled)

There isn't anything showing in the error logs, however one customer did confirm they didn't return to store from Paypal.

Re: Items remaining in customers carts

A customer has sent a screen shot and the items are visible in the basket before they checkout. I have no idea why they persist with checking out if the items are visible and they could delete them themselves.

Hi All I'm having quite a few customers that are placing orders and then when they come to place their next order the cart has remembered the previous order and adds it all again at the checkout. These items can't be showing in the basket (although I can't be certain of this) because the customers a...

Re: Upgrade from 2.2 to remove SSL issues

I've only gone a fixed it! ;D

You are not going to believe it but I added the site seal to the footer.tpl thats fine, execpt for the site seal goes to http:// therefore we had unsecure elements of the page.

I pays to re-trace every single step/ change you make to your site!

Re: Upgrade from 2.2 to remove SSL issues

Try this, it redirects both non-www and non-ssl RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\. [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*) https://domain.com%{REQUEST_URI} [R=301,L,NE] This is above other rules. And if you have issues editing order statuses, check admin>sale>controller>o...

This works fine for me

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule (.*) https://%{SERVER_NAME}/$1 [R,L]
Thank you, when I use this I have the error message "too many redirects". :( (As I have non-www. rewrite)

Re: Error on configuration

So I waited 24hrs for the DNS migration. Reloaded a fresh version of 2.2 and still get the same error message at stage 3.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Re: Add site to antivirus software companies

I strongly recommend to also use Google Webmaster: http://google.com/webmasters/ This will ensure your site is safe, allows you to see crawl errors, crawl stats and sometimes it will help you remove your site from blacklist. Thanks for the info - I am registered with webmaster but didn't know black...

Re: Google Sitemap Error - Invalid Date

Value: -0001-11-30T00:00:00+00:00 That doesn't look right. You could ask you web host if the server time and date are configured correctly? Thanks, yes, I've checked with them and its set to Europe/London. I've changed the settings.php file from date_default_timezone_set('UTC'); to: date_default_ti...
