[Import\Export Tool] Strange XLS file

When i export the xls file with the newest version of the Import/Export tool, i get a weird looking xls file. The file looks like this:

First 2 lines:

The xls file is attched and maybe someone could help me?

The reason it's failing is because of the error on the first line, your host has disabled the set_time_limit function on your account

Open Go to line 7 and put a # before the set_time_limit
Then save, and try again
