order confirmation emails are blank

i am currently testing my shop and i discovered quite an issue. The order confirmation emails that my customers should receive after having made an order, appear to be blank..there's just an attachment of a store logo.

i tried to send these emails to libero.it, yahoo.com and gmail.com...and i can see the full email only on gmail.com

any idea what can be wrong?
