Credit Card via Paypal

How can i add another option of Visa/Mastercard Credit Card but directs to Paypal also? So, the buyers won't be confused at paypal. Thanks

change the catalog/language/english/payment/pp_standard.php file to show
"Paypal/Visa/MC"

in the same file... next to the text just add the html <img src="image.jpg" alt="Paypal/Visa/MC/Amex" />
