Fields by time

Hello, is Opencart available so that the visitor can not choose any day or time? Currently, there is a box that allows you to choose the delivery time (simple box with selection) without any restriction on the selection of fields, which means that the visitor can choose either delivery for an hour which would not be possible. I need some kind of waiting to be inactive depending on the current time. Is it possible to make box choices dependent on current time?

Where you want this options? You are using some custom shipping module? You want this restriction for all shipping methods?

Later from current time when the items was added to the store? when they was last ordered? what should happen with the items before they can be choosed?
