I'm running OC 3 and would like to remove the Credit/Debit Card option during the checkout.
I'm setup with PayPal so credit cards can be processed through there.
Can anyone please tell me where I can remove that toption?
Make sure you don't have another payment extension enabled.

I do have Square and PayPal enabled. PayPal Express is able to accept credit cards and since I don't have a merchant account used for Credit Cards or Debit Cards I would like to take this option away and just leave the PayPal option.

Payment methods can be enabled or disabled in Extensions > Payments. If you're on OpenCart 2.3 or 3.0, you need to first select Extensions > Extensions, then you can change the extension type from the dropdown menu that appears on the next page.
You said you have Square enabled. That's probably the "Credit / Debit Card" option, so try disabling it and see if that removes it. If that doesn't work, disable all payment methods on that Extensions > Payments page, then enable just PayPal.
If you still have the "Credit / Debit Card" option showing up after that, and you don't have any payment method enabled that's supposed to take cards on your site, you may have gotten hacked. You should get an expert to look at your code and make sure someone hasn't added additional files or code in there to try and steal credit cards.

I first disabled all the payment options I had, including COD and sure enough it was gone.
I then enabled them one at a time and confirmed each one showed what I thought it should and that worked. By not enabling the Square payment the Credit / Debit card is not there. I’ll keep the Square payment option for use on my iPhone or iPad.
