Hey guys..
I've an issue on my website .
After I've install any extension it's not appear in the list of extension even If I make a refresh !!
Every time I should to logout and sign in again to make it appear in the list !!
Could you help me please with this issue ?
My Opencart version is 3.0.2.0

I do recall noticing these issues with session regenerations from the domain long ago. However, what you provided on the above are the extension logs. Any error / access logs you could provide regarding this issue?

The server access logs would normally describe these activities. See those recent logs noticing why you are being redirected to the logout page. Another possibility might be due to an extension that is not using a valid user token or no token at all while the admin requires it at all times.

For example on my 3.0.2.0 demo testing..I don`t have an issue...
