I have shut extensions on and off to trace this without result. It may or may not be related to Basecart - the simple theme I'm using.
The same information is missing in the order under the customer Sales
My store is built with 3.020

Can anyone shed some light on this?
If you look on the database's order table for this particular order ID you selected on OC, do you see the actual date and time of the transaction?
